Series Review
Teen wolf by Jeff Davis is a show that has run for five seasons now. It is based on a 1985 film of the same name where a teenager is bit by a werewolf and must cope with the resulting effects. The film revolves around an outcast by the name of scott( Tyler Posey) who is bitten by a wolf all of a sudden. His friends are also very involved with a mythical background. Allison is the love interest who comes from a family of werewolf hunters, Lydia is a banshee, and Derek is a mysterious werewolf and mentor. The series has gone out for five seasons now with very random twists and turns. The writer incorporates myhtologies from different hemispheres to keep the show fresh and unpredictable. I love the dialogue, it stays funny and yet teenage like. Although all the actors are in the mid 20s, they can embody the personalities of teenagers. During the 4th season half the characters die,Scott has a new japanese fox spirit girl, and the season is left with a cliff hanger. I look forward to the fifth season :)
